About Our Friendly Dentists

Dr. Jody Granier received his dental degree from the University of Texas, San Antonio, in 1994. After practicing general dentistry in Texas, he relocated to Georgia in 2000 where he joined a mobile dental practice treating underserved children throughout the state.

Since mid-2012 Dr. Granier has been serving the children of North Carolina with the Friendly Dental Van. It is his goal to provide quality dental care with a gentle nature to assure that each child has the most comfortable and positive experience on his/her dental visit.

Dr. Granier has fun raising three boys who keep him and his wife, Brenda, very busy. In his spare time he enjoys construction projects, classic cars, and playing a few rounds of golf.

Dr. Tan Binh Nguyen received his Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from the University of California, Davis, in 1991. He earned his Master of Science in Biochemistry in 1996 at the University of Kansas. He then attended dental school at the University of Missouri and graduated in 2001.

In February 2002, Dr. Nguyen began practicing as a general dentist in a mobile dental program in Georgia treating children in underserved areas and schools. Since 2011, he has been serving the children of North Carolina with the Friendly Dental Van.

Dr. Nguyen is married to Tuyet Nhung and they are expecting their first child, a beautiful daughter, in December 2012. He enjoys traveling, reading religious books, and spending time with his family.
